 Golden yellow and cloudy from yeast, this India Pale Ale has a fruity aroma of papaya, peach, mandarin and sweet apple with grassy hop notes in the background. It tastes pleasantly tart and tingly on the first sip and is drinkable and fruity with orange peel, grapefruit and grape. This top-fermented craft beer has a crisp, bitter finish. A powerful IPA hopped with a blend of American hops such as Willamette, Cascade and Chinook. The Proper Job beer won the gold medal at Taste of the West 2017. In 2016, the brewery was voted the best regional brewer in England. This English beer specialty tastes best from a pint glass at 10-12°C.
