Lead singer Bruce Dickinson (singer of the band since the album "The Number of the Beast" in 1982) developed the recipe for the Iron Maiden Trooper Ale together with the Robinson Brewery developed. The Iron Maiden Trooper Ale is yellow-orange in color and clear with a creamy head. It smells malty and fruity with notes of orange, citrus and roasted aromas. It is refreshing on the first sip, the malty aroma dominates. Honey and caramel, accompanied by orange and citrus, create this grassy, spicy taste variation. A light hop bitterness develops on the finish, which ends dry and malty. A really drinkable and full-bodied English ale. The Iron Maiden Trooper Ale has an alcohol content of 4.7% and tastes particularly good with grilled food. The hop varieties Bobek, Goldings and Cascade make this ale something very special.
