 "It will come as no surprise that all of our Pilsner beers are brewed according to the German Purity Law. But very few people know that with our wort boiling method called "Merlin" we can brew so gently that all vitamins and nutrients are largely retained in the beer. Likewise, the brewing water for all of our Pilsner beers comes from the   Flensburg Glacier Spring   and is of mineral water quality. For me as a brewer, it is great to always work with such high-quality ingredients as our   coastal barley   or our own pure yeast. I love our Flensburger Pilsener for its unique character. But my insider tip is our Flensburger Edles Helles. It is brewed according to the original recipe from 1955, carefully refined and has a particularly malty aroma. Whichever variety you choose, if the name Flensburger is on it, you can be sure that you will always get a product of exceptional quality and unique taste."
